Senior Scrum Master for a SaaS real-estate platform (remote/online, Islamabad). Full-time, experienced role requiring 5+ years Scrum Master/Agile coach experience in SaaS or cloud-native teams, strong knowledge of Scrum/Kanban/SAFe, facilitation of ceremonies, dependency and impediment management, use of delivery metrics (velocity, burn-down/up, cycle time, throughput), and familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices. Tools: Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar. Preferred: CSM or PSM II/III. Salary: 250,000–350,000 PKR. Morning shift.
