As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Hybrid), you will be responsible for supporting and improving how our company attracts and selects candidates. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, your responsibilities will include providing administrative support to the Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist by scheduling candidate interviews, reviewing resumes, documentation, communicating with potential candidates, and maintaining databases with updated information. You will work alongside the Sr Talent Specialist and will assist in the overall recruiting process. If you have previous experience in recruiting, understanding the recruiting process, including sourcing, interview coordination, and screening, we’d like to meet and learn more about you. We need someone with the ability to multitask and be organized to keep our hiring process smooth and ensure that candidates have a positive experience.
***Hybrid Opportunity - Mostly Remote with occasional time onsite for team events or meetings ***

This opportunity is a 3-month contract to hire. The hourly rate for this position is between $20-25/ hour.
When set to full time role, the final salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
