Job Description
Ultimate Care NY, a leading home health care service provider for the past 20 years, is seeking an experienced Account Payable Associate to join our team. Your role as an Account Payable Associate will be integral to ensuring timely payment to vendors and supporting the financial functions of our business. Responsibilities
- Maintain vendor records, verify and process invoices for payment
- Review and reconcile invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain vendor relations
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues in a timely manner
- Perform data entry and record-keeping related to accounts payable
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and analysis
- Provide support to other members of the Finance department as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-year experience in accounts payable
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Experience with accounting software is a plus.

Salary: $25.00-$27.00 per hour- 20 hours a week
