TrialScope simplifies the complexities of clinical trial transparency. TrialScope’s award-winning, proven solutions have been implemented successfully and rigorously tested in the most complex environments and are managing disclosures for sponsors that are responsible for more than 35% of industry sponsored clinical trials posted on clinicaltrials.gov. The company’s market-driven solutions and expertise enable sponsors to improve performance, mitigate compliance risk, and ultimately optimize efficiencies with clinical content lifecycle management tools, expertise and processes. TrialScope technologies are offered via a validation-ready SaaS platform hosted in a private cloud.

The Senior Project Manager will manage and successfully deliver implementations of the TrialScope product suite. The Senior Project Manager will support the TrialScope Implementation team on assigned projects from inception to completion, handling day to day project management activities. This person will also be the Subject Matter Expert on the TrialScope product suite and will support usage and customer satisfaction, woking closely with the Citeline Account Managers. The Senior Project Manager will work closely with the business development, technical and support teams, taking direction on specific tasks and liaising with the customer teams in order to support project success, measured by meeting timelines and budget. While the Senior Project Manager will be the customer’s main point of contact throughout the implementation or project, the Citeline Account Manager and Customer Success Manager will manage the account holistically. They will report to the Sr. Director, Commercial Strategy amp; Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver successful customer implementations and projects
• Build customer loyalty by providing exceptional service
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure application meets customer needs
• Ensure that project teams follow TrialScope standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Assist customer with current and future state business process definition
• Interact with Support team to ensure a smooth hypercare period and handover post implementation
• Maintain a familiarity with global regulatory requirements and climate
• Assist management in meeting annual goals including revenue amp; utilization targets
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expdert with assigned key accounts
• Schedule and run project meetings and routine governance meetings
• Handle customer conflict resolution; escalates conflicts to management where appropriate
• Provide frequent and routine updates on key account project status
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher, preferable in life sciences or related field
• Minimum experience: 7+ years as a project manager
• Familiarity with project management software such as Smart Sheets or Monday.com and Salesforce.com
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines and resources across multiple concurrent projects, tracking progress against baseline estimates and ensuring on-time delivery to customers
• Ability to work with all levels of management, staff, outside contractors, vendors, and customers, and to resolve and negotiate conflicts or problems with tact, diplomacy and composure
