Three Rivers Royalty is a leading oil and gas royalty acquisition company with over 10 years of experience in the industry. We are seeking a Call Center Supervisor to lead and manage our team of call center representatives. Our ideal candidate will have experience in call center management and a proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding KPIs.
As the Call Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by overseeing daily operations, setting performance goals, and creating strategies to improve overall call center performance. Additionally, you will monitor call center metrics and provide regular reports to upper management. This is a full-time position and may require some after-hours work.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of call center representatives
- Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics
- Create and implement strategies to improve call center performance
- Develop and train staff to optimize performance
- Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members
- Create and maintain positive working relationships with customer service staff and clients
- Ensure all customer inquiries are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner
- May fill-in and operate workstation as needed to maintain department service levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in call center management
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and part of a team.
