Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional IT support to clients and customers as part of Axxys' commitment to delivering business solutions that meet their needs and goals. Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent IT support to clients and customers as part of Axxys' commitment to delivering business solutions that meet their needs and goals
  • Perform technical troubleshooting of software and hardware issues
  • Work with clients to identify the root cause of issues and develop solutions that address them
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest software and hardware technology developments to ensure the delivery of best-in-class solutions to clients
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client support issues, resolutions, and recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and meet business objectives
  • Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills to improve the effectiveness of IT support

Requirements

  • Previous MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience a plus
  • Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in IT support or related roles
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
  • Experience with Windows and/or Mac operating systems
  • Knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and firewalls is a plus
