• Provide first-line support to customers' systems and applications, both onsite and remotely.
• Manage customer relationships by serving as the primary technical resource for customers and participating in customer service reviews.
• Monitor and analyze clients' network and system performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Document and track customer requests and issues.
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve technical issues and provide assistance with projects.
• Install and configure Axxys' software and hardware solutions.
• Conduct training sessions for customers on how to use Axxys' products and services.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the computer networking industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, VMware, and Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
