YOUR OBJECTIVE

You’ll leverage your brand strategy and creative production experience to develop and launch cross-channel marketing campaigns that grow the Life is Good brand. You’ll collaborate, ideate, inspire, and problem-solve to create marketing that breaks through real and imagined constraints.

YOUR JOB

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead execution of strategies and cross-channel marketing campaigns for brand, product, and partnership initiatives to meet awareness, engagement, and revenue goals
  • Know the Life is Good business, brand, category, and target audience, turning your observations into insights and creative briefs
  • Manage execution of all campaign deliverables including selling to stakeholders, production, measurement, optimization, and recapping
  • Actively manage the annual marketing initiatives calendar, ensuring cross-channel storytelling
  • Positively represent the Life is Good brand with our customers and community
  • Be an original and courageous voice for strategy and brand consistency in creative output
  • Align with leadership in executing competitive and consumer research
  • Identify and pitch potential brand partners that align with brand growth objectives
  • Work with our chosen PR Partner to seek out and vet earned media opportunities
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external partners

Requirements

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • You bring the knowledge, expertise, and judgment gained from your 5+ years of brand marketing experience for a consumer brand or ad agency
  • You’ve successfully led the development and execution of creative campaigns that measurably increased brand awareness
  • You have successfully led the production of a variety of online and offline deliverables at one time (OLA, e-mail, social, outdoor, radio, video, etc.)
  • Your experience demonstrates skill in building strong relationships at all levels
