Job Description

We're in search of a seasoned B2B Sales Account Executive possessing tech or SaaS sales proficiency, who excels in a dynamic, high-growth atmosphere. As a full-cycle sales executive, you'll be engaged in phone, email, and virtual calls, with periodic visits to our partners' premises in New York, New York. Based on your experience and credentials, you'll be selling to startups, mid-market, or enterprise clients. You must appreciate working hard to achieve a common goal and be capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct full cycle sales via phone, email, and virtual calls
  • Sell into startups, mid-market, or enterprise
  • Work towards monthly, quarterly and annual quotas
  • Manage your sales pipeline in Salesforce
  • Overcome customer objections
  • Value diversity within the team and with customers
  • Work independently and as part of a team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Tech or SaaS sales experience
  • Ability to travel to New Braunfels, TX on a semi-frequent occasion
  • Ability to commute 2-3 times a week to the New York, NY area.
  • Proven track record of meeting quotas
  • Diligent and organized management of your sales pipeline in Salesforce
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to overcome individual and customer objections
  • Resilient personality that perseveres in the face of challenges
  • Can ask for help when you need it and will offer to help your team when they need it

Preferred:

  • Salesforce.com experience
  • Experience closing 7-10+ deals per month
  • Comfort with annual quotas that range from $750,000 - $1million+
  • Experience with HR Tech
