Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain sales records, reports, and databases
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Follow up on sales leads and provide regular updates to the sales team
- Assist in the organization of sales events, such as conferences and trade shows
- Prepare and distribute sales-related documentation and materials
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely delivery of products and services
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or marketing department
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Some travel may be required
