We have 2 openings available for Brand Ambassadors to support one of our shuttle services along the Seattle Waterfront and Cruise Ship Terminals. In this role you will be interacting with tourists and Seattle waterfront visitors. This role requires a high level of customer service, with the ability to act as a concierge and provide information about Seattle points of interest.
Schedule for this role is 10am to 8pm. We have a 4 day shift and a 3 day shift available. Ability to work weekends required. Our Brand Ambassador roles start out at $19 an hour. Brand Ambassadors supporting our Seattle Waterfront location are eligible for a $5 per hour Concierge premium pay. We are also offering a $500 sign on bonus.

As a Brand Ambassador for TransWest, you will be expected to provide the highest level of customer service and authentically connect with our clients to introduce them to and assist in navigating our transportation network. Brand Ambassadors create a welcoming and safe environment by greeting clients, communicating relevant transportation information, answering client inquires, and interacting with our driver team members to ensure the highest level of care while utilizing our services. You can expect to be the face of TransWest in the field, whether onsite on a client’s campus assisting with loading vehicles or launching a new commute route from an offsite parking facility, Brand Ambassadors make the experience seamless. We count on you to play a critical to ensuring our client’s experience is exceptional and they keep them coming back!
