Our growing team is looking for Partnership Growth Manager to support Informa Pharma Intelligence’s Citeline Connect SaaS platform, a new product that is a two-sided marketplace for matching pharmaceutical companies with large, and small, patient populations. This marketplace helps identify potential patients to participate in various clinical trials around the world.

Essential Duties amp; Responsibilities:

The Partnership Growth Manager reports to the Recruitment Partner Manager and is responsible for identifying and contracting with new business partner opportunities for the Citeline Connect platform. Success in this position requires the ability to understand the current clinical trial recruiting challenges.

Job Requirements will entail effectively preparing and presenting software demos, navigate the organization of various patient population organizations to gain access to C-Level decision makers, communicate the value and benefits of the Citeline Connect solutions, handle contract negotiations, and contract with new partners.

Key Duties:

  • Manage the identification and onboarding process for a diverse group of assigned new partner opportunities.
  • Develop attack plans for assigned partners.
  • Effectively manage a sales pipeline and achieve targets and forecasts.
  • Prepare clear, concise, and professional proposals to prospective partners.
  • Provide regular reports on partner activities, results and forecast to senior leadership.
  • Provide market feedback and accurate forecasting to the management team to optimize strategy and positioning of offerings.
  • Facilitate web-based product demonstrations
  • Close/negotiate contracts
  • Attend trade shows and industry conventions.
  • Participate in Business Development Activities. Build awareness about Citeline Connect’s opportunities within a group of assigned partners. Awareness building is achieved through phone contacts, mailings, meetings, marketing and software presentations.
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher, preferable in life sciences or related field
  • 5+ years of successful experience selling SaaS products into the life sciences ecosystem or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven Experience working in patient recruitment (Preferred)
  • Ability to facilitate product demonstrations in an effective, professional presentation manner.
  • Strong customer-service orientation and commitment to ensuring timely, quality solutions to partner issues.
  • Ability to quickly develop and maintain a high level of knowledge of software products and remain current on product knowledge.
  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well-organized, self-directed team player. Remains open to others’ ideas, and exhibits willingness to try new things
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality, presents numerical data effectively, and is able to read and interpret written information.
  • Handles confidential and sensitive information and records with a high degree of discretion, diligence and good judgment. Represents Citeline Connect with honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently and develops realistic action plans.
