PERFORMANCE MANAGER
As a Performance Manager with Polly, you will generate revenue growth by utilizing a consultative approach in the retention and improvement of Polly users in our existing dealerships. Our Performance Managers manage existing user relationships in order to achieve utilization goals by developing and implementing sound retention strategies, utilizing data and analytics to improve engagement and performance in the dealership
Responsibilities:
- Establish and grow strong, long-term relationships with users by providing best-in-class service
- Ability to execute strategy plans for each dealer group in order to achieve KPIs
- Ability to understand user needs and challenges and provide and showcase Polly’s value proposition and product solutions in order to meet those needs and exceed expectations
- Analyze critical information and data to better understand the bigger picture of within each dealership in order to provide solution
- Recognize and develop relationships with key champion users in the dealership
- Ask the right mix of questions to uncover user needs and suggest solutions and innovative ideas to address those needs
- Identify customer priorities at user level
- Consistently plan for a successful outcome with each performance call
- Ability to set expectations with Users in order to achieve desired outcomes
- Exceptional process discipline with the ability to align objectives with a process to increase lead volume.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Auto industry related outside sales experience required
- 2+ years of previous consultative sales experience
- Understanding of Process and strategic sales approach
- Strong business and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
- Expert level knowledge of reinsurance, retro and back-end processes of dealerships
- Ability to set expectations with dealerships in order to achieve desired outcomes
- Align planning of dealership needs with Polly objectives
