Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join our team as a Business Development Analyst / Executive Staff Assistant. This role combines the responsibilities of supporting the executive staff while also providing critical analysis and insights to drive our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

1. Executive Staff Support:
- Assist executive staff members with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
- Act as a liaison between the executive staff and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents for meetings and presentations.
- Conduct research, gather data, and provide comprehensive summaries for decision-making purposes.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

2. Business Development Analysis:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities, industry trends, and potential clients.
- Analyze data and financial information to evaluate the feasibility and profitability of potential business ventures.
- Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other tools to track and monitor business development activities.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine business development strategies and tactics.

3. Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's network and gather market intelligence.
- Assist with the preparation and execution of business development activities, such as client meetings, presentations, and proposals.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support lead generation and conversion efforts.

Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.

- Proven experience in providing executive-level support and handling confidential information.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools a PLUS

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Knowledge of business development principles and strategies is preferred.
