As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with activating and booking discounted vacation packages. You'll use your excellent communication skills and sales techniques to persuade customers to purchase packages and attend tours of our resorts. Additionally, you'll verify customer information and qualifications to ensure they qualify for packages while providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Flexible part-time and full-time schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers through inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell discounted vacation packages.
- Persuade customers to purchase packages in exchange for attending a tour of the company's resort.
- Verify customers' qualifications for receiving selected vacation packages and upsell to include additional tickets to enhance their vacation experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout each call.
- Track and report daily sales and confirmed packages.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a call center or sales environment desired.
