We are seeking a passionate and proven Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our hardworking CPaaS product marketing team. Reporting to our Director, Product Marketing for Email, you will own the product marketing strategy for Mailjet, our email marketing solution. You are a strong collaborator who enjoys rolling up your sleeves on messaging, positioning, campaigns, and enablement. This role will partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales to support both self-serve and enterprise go-to-market initiatives that drive continued growth for Mailjet.
Responsibilities- Define and implement a cohesive marketing strategy that positions Mailjet as a leader in the email marketing space
- Create and maintain a full set of product marketing collateral for Mailjet, including updated messaging, positioning, and personas
- Develop product content for external and internal audiences, such as website pages, blog posts, one-pagers, and sales decks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for go-to-market planning, product strategy, marketing campaigns, sales enablement and more
- Drive net-new user acquisition as well as cross-sell and up-sell within our existing customer base
- Launch new product features and identify new ways to drive engagement for existing features
- Advocate for our customers and become an authority on our competition to ensure our products our accurately positioned in the market
- Measure, analyze and optimize programs to deliver better business outcomes
Requirements
- 5+ years in product marketing at technology companies
- Experience marketing and selling to marketers is preferred
- Phenomenal collaborator who can bridge the gap between product, marketing and sales team
- Critical thinker with excellent writing and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to develop recommendations based on product, customer, and market data
- Willingness to learn and demo our products
- Comfortable working with a distributed team that spans multiple regions and time zones
- Ability to travel if needed
- Have a sense of humor

The annual starting salary for this position is between $124,800 - 163,800. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
