Who You Are:
Museum of Ice Cream is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contracted) with strong administrative skills to join our team. In this role, you will play acrucial role in supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager in managing the full-cycle recruitment process. Your primary responsibilities will involve providing administrative support and assisting with various recruitment tasks. Your attention to detail and excellent organizational skills will contribute to the seamless execution of the hiring process.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Manager managing the full-cycle recruitment process.
- Assist with scheduling interviews, managing candidate assessments, and candidate correspondence
- Manage and schedule correspondence between hiring managers including calibrations, intakes, and interview reminders
- Rescheduling interviews as needed
- Own intake documents and ensure they are up-to-date with the lifecycle
- Prepare and send offer and rejection letters to candidates as directed by the Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Conduct basic candidate screening tasks, including resume review and initial phone screens, as instructed.
- Maintain and update candidate data and recruitment files in Workable.
- Assist in maintaining job postings on various job boards and internal platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain regular communication with hiring managers and candidates under the guidance of the Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Assist in compiling recruitment metrics and data for reporting purposes, as requested.
- Provide weekly progress reports on current recruiting lifecycles
- Executes candidate surveys
- Collates monthly document of recruiting metrics
- Disqualify candidates who do not meet basic qualifications or are not up to the required standards.
- Provide general administrative support, such as preparing meeting materials and candidate notes for interviews.
The hourly rate for this role is $30-$35 depending on experience with an expectation of 30 - 40 hours of work per week.This will be 6 month employment contract ending December 31st, 2023.
Requirements
The Necessities and Nice-to-Haves:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 4+ years experience providing administrative support in Talent Acquisition or a similar function
- High level of organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workable)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and terminology
- Proficient in Google Suite and Slack
- Previous experience in a similar role or in talent acquisition is a plus
