  • You will evaluate each brand and provide recommendations to improve their current marketing efforts.
  • You will act as the main point of contact, for marketing, for the first 4 to 6 months, working directly to onboard new partners into our marketing programs and recommended strategy enhancements.
  • Working directly with the VP of Integration, you will schedule an on-site visit with each new practice once they have selected to onboard our marketing services.
  • In collaboration with the VP of Marketing and our digital partners, you will provide each new partner with an onboarding marketing presentation that includes programs and tactics to increase recent patient acquisition.
  • Acting as the marketing liaison, you will ensure the successful integration of the proposed marketing plan, track ROI, and provide a handoff to the Regional Marketing Manager when appropriate.

  • Develop a deep understanding of each practice’s patient communication platforms and efforts and provide recommendations to integrate and improve the utilization of the platform/tools for marketing campaigns.
  • Work directly with Owner Doctors and their teams to transfer ownership of marketing assets.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and consumer behavior that can inform a new marketing strategy.
  • Develop a comprehensive marketing plan for new practices that includes a mix of digital and traditional marketing tactics to increase same-store sales.

  • Must have the ability to influence marketing business decisions and provide input from a marketing perspective on other business decisions such as operations, communications, IT, recruiting, and employee retention.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to new practices and Owner Doctor to ensure their marketing efforts are practical and aligned with their business goals.
