As the concierge of our new market integrations, you will handle the successful execution of projects related to the company’s expansion into new markets and territories. You must be a strong communicator, have superb project management skills, and thrive in a consistently changing environment.
What you’ll do
- Lead and facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, departments, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project planning and execution.
- Manage the timeline and dependent variables. This means delivering what is promised when it was promised for our new partners to ensure a best-in-class integration experience.
- Act as a lead communicator between the internal project team and external vendors or consultants. Being friendly while assertive when it counts.
- Consistently bring the best version of your authentic self to develop and keep strong relationships with new partners, stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and vendors.
- Partner with the VP of Integration to create a talk-up environment where cross-functional teams celebrate our collaborative approach to preserve our doctor-driven culture.
How you’ll do it
- Review project objectives, priorities, and schedules in collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure teams are aligned, goals are met, and issues are dealt with according to priority.
- Coordination of numerous cross-functional teams and stakeholders for project planning purposes
- Ensure seamless delivery with efficacy, meet deadlines, and that project artifacts are available to all individuals involved.
- Devise, prepare, and update summary integration project status reports.
- Thoughtfully gather learnings to proactively develop and implement enhancements and improvements that help the integration experience.
- Consistently create a demand for your time and partnership based on the value you add every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal project status meetings to ensure teams are aligned, goals are met, and any roadblocks are addressed.
- Work collaboratively to continuously enhance and optimize the user experience of our client-facing and enterprise project management tools.
- Some overnight travel to the practices from a home office in Phoenix, AZ
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Management, or equivalent years of experience in project coordination or management in equivalent roles.
- Moderate proficiency using project management tools such as Smartsheet, M365, and similar applications.
- Significantly enhanced knowledge of building, growing, and managing a successful medical or dental practice, with hands-on experience in financial management, marketing, talent acquisition and management, strategic planning, and operational efficiency.
- Effective communicator with exceptional organizational abilities, and strong interpersonal skills, including building relationships, working collaboratively with colleagues and partner doctors, and managing competing priorities adeptly.
- Exceptional mediator who fosters positive relationships and facilitates effective communication across external partners, vendors, and in-house teams. Expertise in bridging gaps, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned, and working towards common goals.
- Resourceful and creative problem-solver with unwavering attention to detail. Continuously seeking innovative ways to approach challenges and achieve results through critical thinking and thorough analysis.
