Job Summary:
ERII is seeking a qualified candidate for an immediate full-time job opening for the position of Project Management Intern, located in San Leandro, CA. This position reports to the Program Manager for Water Operations and will be responsible for supporting the Project Management Team.Major Duties Responsibilities
  • Receiving Purchase Orders and processing their associated Sales Orders internally.
  • Verifying order information, including customers' personal information and payment details.
  • Preparing and maintaining electronic project folders
  • Gathering documentation for customer submittal.
  • Compiling sales and backlog reports to maintain reporting.
  • Assist in processing and maintaining RMA or Warranty related customer orders.
  • Assist in process improvement projects
  • All other projects and duties as assigned
Required Knowledge and Skills
  • Working towards a bachelor’s degree in Business, or other applicable concentration.
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Customer service oriented, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or in team.
  • Proactive, team-oriented person who can anticipate needs; takes initiative with excellent follow-through.
  • Must be organized and detail oriented.
  • Goal oriented and willingness to learn.
  • Knowledge and experience with reputable ERP systems preferred; Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft suite of applications
