TorkLaw personal Injury law firm is looking for a motivated, self-starter for our Irvine office to take the role of Pre-Litigation Negotiator.
We are a personal injury law firm, renowned for advocating for the rights of the injured. We handle accident cases on a contingency fee basis, ensuring we take on the risk, so our clients don't have to. As a team, we thrive on seeking justice for our clients and holding the responsible parties accountable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate personal injury settlements in both pre-litigation and litigation stages.
- Regularly communicate with insurance adjusters, defense attorneys, and medical providers.
- Analyze the value of personal injury cases based on medical bills, injuries, and other pertinent factors.
- Work closely with attorneys and clients to strategize and implement negotiation tactics.
- Maintain accurate case records, documenting all correspondence, conversations, and negotiations.
- Uphold the firm's client-centered philosophy by providing outstanding service and compassion to our clients.

Requirements
We are looking for people who are:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in pre-litigation negotiation in a personal injury law firm setting.
- Proven track record of successful negotiations with insurance adjusters, defense attorneys, and medical providers.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
