Ultimate Care NY is a leading provider of home health care services that cater to the unique needs of thousands of New Yorkers. We are currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding a diverse and talented team of caregivers who will provide high quality care to our patients. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract and retain a diverse range of caregivers.
- Review resumes and conduct interviews with candidates to evaluate their qualifications and suitability for the role.
- Conduct background checks, verify references and ensure compliance with licensing and certification requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the responsibilities of each position.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation sessions and completing necessary paperwork.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruiting and hiring activities, including resumes, applications, and interview notes.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations related to employment.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in staffing and recruitment, preferably in the health care industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems.

Salary: 60-70k (depending on experience)
