Immediate need for:
ACCOUNT COORDINATOR for Homeowners/Flood Insurance Agency $18hr. Lots of room for growth. Looking for candidates who would like to join our team long term.
The Ideal candidate will be customer focused, have exceptional organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills and a strong attention to details and dependability.
Job Responsibilities:
The Account Coordinator’s responsibilities are to oversee the production of our sales agents and maintain a positive relationship with their agents’ clients. FSI will assign Insurance carriers to the Account coordinators for management. The account coordinator is expected to keep an open line of communication with their designated sales agents and clients. Although this is a team environment, the Account coordinator bears the burden of ensuring the clients’ policy stays in force.
· Must be able to multitask
· Able to prioritize in a faced paced environment
· Strong computer skills, including outlook, excel, word typing 40-50 wpm
· Requires strong organization and attention to detail
· Must manage sensitive information in a confidential manner
· Have a strong sense of urgency
· Will to complete other duties as assigned
· Inbound/ outbound calls
