This role will be to oversee the daily functions of a multi-provider MD/OD team and maintain a cohesive approach for patient, staff, and provider support. The team supervisor will be responsible for ensuring team clinic flow, excellent patient service, and all related tasks are completed. Requires direct communications with supervisors, providers, and team members to set proper expectations, problem-solve for solutions, and disseminate the information for meeting those expectations. The Technician Team Supervisor will establish a rapport with patients and promote the services of Northwest Eye Surgeons while maintaining excellent care and customer service. This position is based out of our Seattle-Northgate clinic.
