ESSENTIAL DUTIES amp; RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administer and manage all HR systems to include ADP WFN, Employee Navigator, Wellness platforms, and ERI system assuring the integration of all HR systems. Act as liaison between company users and all HR Platforms.
  • Manage, develop, and maintain all HR systems including Paycom, ERI salary system, Employee Navigator, Forms, Form I-9, 401(k) platforms, leave software (FMLA, ADA, state-specific, etc.)
  • Assign access levels to all other users and conduct in house training and on-boarding of all new companies and users. Conduct new hire orientation to ADP system and policies.
  • Create dashboard of all HR metrics for CHRO and other members of leadership.
  • Create, administer, and develop reports for results of all employee-facing surveys - Engagement Surveys, 360 Review Surveys, Benefits Surveys, etc
  • Manage, audit, and implement changes when necessary for the employee record system within the ADP platform
  • Maintain benefits portal and benefits administration for newly eligible staff, qualifying events, and open enrollment
  • Regularly obtain reports from ADP and audit functionality to ensure that all aspects of the HRIS are functioning properly
  • Process all OSHA and incident reports and create and file all OSHA300 logs for all companies
  • Distribute employee communication on a branch and companywide level via the ADP portal
  • Support entire HR team in local and nationwide initiatives and assigned projects
  • Respond in a timely fashion to all requests for HR KPIs
  • Manage and maintain company TA systems and processes such and own all LinkedIn, Indeed, Zip, Glassdoor company pages in coordination with TA Specialist.

  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of current HR laws as they relate to leaves of absence, workers' compensation, and other job duties
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent computer skills with high competence in Microsoft Office 365 - including high level of experience with Power Point and Excel
  • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Regularly required to sit, walk, and stand for several hours up to a full 8-hour workday
  • Talk and hear, both in person and by telephone
  • Use hands repetitively to operate standard office equipment
  • Reach with hands and arms lifting up to 10 lbs.
