ASC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engines, email, and content marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve company goals for brand awareness, website traffic, lead generation, and conversions.
- Set up, manage, and optimize advertising and social media accounts, ensuring proper tracking and integration with other marketing tools.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging and relevant content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Oversee the design and creation of marketing materials, such as ad creatives, social media banners, and video ads.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website ranking and visibility on search engines.
- Create, edit, and publish blog articles, aligning with the company's content strategy and supporting overall marketing goals.
- Develop and manage marketing funnel maps, identifying opportunities for optimization and enhancing the customer journey.
- Implement and manage AI-powered digital marketing tools to improve campaign performance and efficiency.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the company's website and landing pages, ensuring they are optimized for user experience and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics, and make data-driven decisions to improve website performance.
- Create, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns to engage subscribers, nurture leads, and drive conversions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and a unified brand image.
- Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, SEO, content marketing, and advertising.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with AI-powered digital marketing tools is a plus.
