We are looking for a highly self motivated and sociable individual who is interested in the opportunity to advance their sales career and make great money in doing so.

Watermark Roofing is now accepting applications for immediate employment for a Sales Representative/Canvasser. Watermark Roofing is a fast growing roofing company that is looking to expand their sales team in pursuit of providing the highest quality roofing products and services.

JOB TYPE: Full-time

Salary: $73,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year

Benefits: Flexible schedule

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• St. Louis, MO 63123: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (REQUIRED)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (PREFERRED)

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (PREFERRED)

Language:

• English (REQUIRED)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (REQUIRED)

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• Must enjoy relating to others and be skilled in human relations.
• Must be a strong communicator and problem solver.
• Must be positive and outgoing.
• Must be goal oriented and self-motivated in order to initiate contact with homeowners to provide free home inspections that will result in a high ticket roofing sale.
• Record prospect information neatly and accurately with supplied form.
• Must be extremely presentable in person, with strong social/people skills.
• Must be able to knock on doors and set up free property inspections.
• Past canvassing/appointment setting experience highly desired, but not necessary.
