The Mavrck platform allows large enterprise brands to automate their influencer marketing strategy for smoother partnerships and performance on campaigns. What you’ll be doing

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company's IT systems and processes. They will work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth functioning of all technology systems.

  • In partnership with other leaders in the organization, plan and organize the company's technology infrastructure, including employee devices, software, and networking systems.
  • Execute the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all technology systems, including software provisioning, and software applications.
  • Develop, write, and implement IT related policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of all company systems and data.
  • Develop and implement an employee IT ticketing system and own the help desk function.
  • Manage the IT budget, including the procurement of hardware, software, and other IT resources.
  • Train and mentor team members across the organization, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their roles effectively.
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure the availability of all technology systems in the event of a disruption.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and make recommendations to management regarding the adoption of new technology solutions.
  • Prepare the company for continued scale with compliance needs, e.g. SOC2 or ISO 27001

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an IT management role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of networking, server administration, software applications, network systems, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Experience with budget management and procurement processes.
  • Exceptional working knowledge and experience managing Google workspace
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.
