Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tax plans that meet clients' financial objectives while complying with relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Identify and mitigate tax risks.
- Manage and supervise tax planning and compliance processes.
- Prepare and review tax returns, tax provision schedules, and quarterly estimates.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and accountants.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and how they may affect clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- CPA certification highly desirable.
- At least 5 years of experience in tax management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Thorough knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
