We are seeking a high energy, experienced Customer Success Manager to help with managing our existing and new clients. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing all kinds of customer requests and ensuring healthy relationship with clients.
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for the clients
- Managing new consulting job requests and/or recurring job requests from our client
- Understanding customer surveys, social listening, and various other sources of customer communication
- Collaborate with Internal teams regarding process improvements, and training opportunities
- Work with clients to define their problems and co-create solutions
- Developing relationships, content, and techniques that help grow our service for each established client
Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required
- Experience working within Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, Consumer Goods industry is preferred
- Salesforce and Contract Management experience is a plus
- Excellent Communication skills
- Organized, detailed oriented and a strategic thinker
