Role Description
The Content Developer is responsible for the creation of internal communications and learning and development deliverables. The Content Developer will partner with company stakeholders to analyze learning and development needs, design a recommended solution complete with an implementation and evaluation plan, and manage the development of all necessary deliverables including reporting. The Content Developer will also partner with company stakeholders to create meaningful communications that connect the right message with the right audience at the right time. Furthermore, the Content Developer will be responsible for managing the company intranet and LMS.
Key Responsibilities
· Partners with key stakeholders to create effective and appropriate learning and communications solutions that drive business results and team member experience.
· Manages content for the company intranet and learning platform, ensuring that it is up-to-date, engaging, and informative.
· Implements metrics reports to measure effectiveness of learning content and internal communication channels and measures with the goal of continuously improving strategy to reach, educate, and engage team members.
· Helps create a best-in-class learning and development and internal communications function across the organization that fuels team member engagement, influences connectivity and culture, and supports learning and growth.
· Develops learning and communication materials using a variety of tactics (written communications, presentation materials, virtual meetings, video, interactive e-learning, etc.).
· Ensures communication and learning materials are high quality, accurate, appropriate, and integrated with company priorities.
· Uses internal tools as appropriate to maximize the company's internal learning and communication effectiveness and ensures consistent messaging, branding, imagery, and identity.

· Experience with Articulate 360 Rise.
· Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
· Video development experience.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree or higher.
· Previous experience in an internal communications role.
· 3-5 years' experience in learning and development.
Salary range $70-80,0 annually commesurate with experience.
