This role will work closely with our Director of Strategy and Program Managers to understand customer needs and provide solutions within our Integrated Systems product line. This is an adaptable set of system of systems that can be fit into multiple airborne and ground-based options to interconnect the fleet and provide additional communications networks as well as access to critical mission information. You will work directly with customers and partners to deliver innovative communications, networking, and computing solutions for U.S. defense agencies that improve the sharing of information among warfighters distributed throughout airborne, maritime, and ground environments.

What you’ll do:

  • Build and maintain profitable relationships with customers to maintain current business and acquire new customers
  • Oversee the relationship with customers
  • Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently
  • Keep customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales
  • Meet with Project Management Organization to ensure fulfillment of all customer requests
  • Expanding customer base by upselling and cross-selling
  • Understand customer individual needs and addressing these
  • Understand competition in customer space
  • Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs

Requirements

We are looking for:

  • US Citizen
  • Active US Secret Clearance or willingness and ability to obtain US Secret Clearance
  • Minimum five (5) years’ experience working with the DoD
  • Minimum ten (10) years’ experience working directly with customers
  • Working knowledge of various sales fundamentals: account planning amp; management, funnel management
  • Develop and execute an account specific business plan to identify the long term, mutual support requirements required to facilitate a strong, profitable and successful partnership
  • Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to grow customer accounts
  • Ability to travel domestically to prospect and client locations up to 25%

Must be a nimble self-starter who is excited about technology and has the ability to think out of the box and suggest powerful new ideas
