The Role?

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Manager of Sephora INTL to establish and maintain strong relationships with our Sephora international retail partners, including ANZ, SEA, HK, and new markets. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, overseeing all account-related matters and ensuring the timely completion of tasks. Responsibilities include achieving designated retail and net sales goals, managing merchandise in assigned retailers, and collaborating with retailers on new launches, sampling, and special events. The Account Manager of Sephora INTL will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage shipment flow and replenishment of merchandise and will partner with marketing and education teams to develop personalized programs that drive retail sales.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build effective working relationships with assigned account merchants
  • Continue to build momentum on strong retail development and expansion strategy, including negotiating and planning with retailers and the internal team, how best to partner, optimize key levers, and competitive trade-offs within channels
  • Oversee omni-product assortments maximizing productivity, mix, and presentation to drive innovation focused on optimizing current programs, building/ testing new programs and opportunities
  • Facilitate strong cross-functional collaboration across Sales, PR, Social, VM, Marketing, Operations, and Education
  • Compile all weekly and monthly retail sales reports including competitive retail reports and mix of business
  • Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members and other stakeholders
  • Responsible for the overall stock levels and ensuring the appropriate product mix of stock is available in the stores/online by assuring timely ordering, proactively monitoring, and resolving low or out-of-stock conditions.
  • Collect and organize brand and product exposure from retailers, including ecomm, email, animation, etc. to provide brand performance analysis and program insights

Requirements

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant fields preferred
  • 4+ year’s experience in Retail Marketing, sales, management, key account management, or relevant experience
  • Strong international cultural awareness and interest in international business
  • Minimum two years of Sephora experience
  • Excellent communication skills for sales and negotiation
  • Ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues
  • In-depth understanding of key clients and industry positioning
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales reports
  • Proven track record of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 10%
