MBI Industrial Medicine is seeking a Human Resource Manager to join our team of expert clinicians and healthcare professionals. The Human Resource Manager will oversee all aspects of the company's human resource functions, ensuring that MBI Industrial Medicine attracts, trains and retains top talent and ensures compliance with all HR laws and regulations. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Manage annual market surveys for employee compensation reviews.
- Develop, implement, and manage annual performance reviews for all staff. Mentor and educate managers on performance review processes.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed and that new employees receive the required training.
- Oversee employee benefits administration, ensuring that all employees are enrolled in the appropriate programs and that the benefits are competitive and aligned with the company's goals.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to increase employee skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with all HR laws and regulations.
- Establish "Best In Class" internal customer service.
- Develop culture initiatives and implement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in human resource management in a multisite, multistate envi.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Exceptional communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
