The Cask IROC team is looking for an extraordinary, full-time, long-term Senior Developer Supervisor to

join the team!

What you’ll be doing:

Handle the processes related to people management and ensure proper execution of day-to-day operations - LMA: Lead, Manage and Hold People Accountable

  • Provides the primary technical effort to configure and develop the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements and processes
  • Primarily focused on work direction, productivity, performance management and engagement of direct reports
  • Hands-on with their team members, create and implement various strategies and plans to improve performance
  • Ability to serve in an on-call capacity for client support
  • Implement business strategies, segment practices and procedures as assigned by sr leadership
  • Evaluate department’s current performance metrics and develop plans, goals and strategies to help improve these metrics
  • Utilize the latest tools, languages and platforms to meet functional requirements and solve complex client issues
  • Build a customer-focused relationship with client to identify business challenges and develop specifications and requirements to arrive at the best solution
  • Design and develop proprietary software solutions for clients
  • Collaborate and contribute on the creation, deployment and maintenance of technical best practice and standards
  • Ensure technical deliverables to customers are complete, consistent, high quality, on time, and deliver valued outcomes
  • Work with product owner/stakeholders to build requested items and tasks using workflows to manage processes and meet business requirements
  • Design / Develop ServiceNow Forms and Tables as well as Modules
  • Develop Scoped Applications working with ServiceNow Studio
  • Develop Workflow / Flow Designer where required to drive Approvals, Fulfillment, and Process Lifecycle
  • Develop systems integrations and process automation with External system REST APIs
  • Design, create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting of each (including CMS/Service Portal)
  • Design, create and configure Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, etc. in ServiceNow
  • May specialize in a given area of development such as Web/Internet applications, mobile, cloud application, system integration, UI / UX design, software testing, Web services, or a specific SN Product area
  • Produce client deliverables such as detailed design documentation, unit test plans and well documented code
  • Troubleshooting code related issues/defects
  • Understand the underlying business need conveyed through discussion and user stories

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • 3+ years of experience overseeing direct reports
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience within the ServiceNow Platform, include designing, creating and configuring scoped applications
  • 5+ years of other business experience or IT experience
  • 3+ years of experience working in a professional services organization or as a consultant
  • 5+ years of JavaScript Scripting/Coding Experience (required)
  • Functional knowledge and implementation experience of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks working directly with customers and clients
  • Technically savvy and able to design and build applications that meet business goals and objectives
  • Experience configuring core ServiceNow modules in an enterprise environment including the delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions
  • In-depth knowledge of implementing ServiceNow Architecture
  • In-depth knowledge of Scoped Applications Development in ServiceNow
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow Scripting
  • Demonstrated experience with Service Oriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, REST)
  • Experience with web services integrations
  • Applied experience working in an Agile/Scrum/X
