Job Description

We are in the process of staffing a Virtual Assistant where a client needs someone to handle the following responsibilities. If you are interested, please complete the Virtual Assistant application. Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Assist with administrative duties, including completing paperwork for health insurance renewals, school forms, and scheduling doctor appointments.
    • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in handling paperwork and organizing relevant documents.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Manage and oversee social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
    • Create and curate engaging and relevant content to promote our organization's mission and services.
  • Content Repurposing:
    • Repurpose existing manuscripts or written material into captivating social media posts using Canva.
    • Optimize content to suit different social media platforms and engage with our target audience effectively.
  • Copy Editing:
    • Review and edit various written materials, ensuring grammatical accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
    • Provide feedback on tone, style, and overall messaging to maintain brand voice and standards.
  • Trello Management:
    • Utilize Trello to organize and manage tasks, deadlines, and project workflows.
    • Collaborate with team members, update progress, and ensure efficient task management.
  • Project Support:
    • Assist with various projects as needed, providing administrative support, research, and coordination.
    • Contribute ideas, suggest improvements, and actively participate in project discussions.

Requirements

  • Experience working with administrative tasks, managing paperwork, and scheduling appointments.
  • Proficiency in managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Demonstrated ability to repurpose content and create engaging social media posts using Canva or similar tools.
  • Strong copy editing and writing skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience using Trello or other project management tools to organize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in handling statistics to support data-driven decision-making (a must).
  • Passion for and knowledge of breastfeeding and/or bottle feeding (a must).
  • Familiarity with social media management, including content creation and engagement (a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey ideas effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Availability to work 5-7 hours per week, with the potential to increase as required.
  • Availability within Eastern, Central, or Mountain Time Zones.
