Reporting to the Director of Creator Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and managing effective relationships with Minecraft creators, and other key strategic partners to develop relationships and create experiences on the Badlion client.

Job Description:

• Build long-term relationships with content creators, competition organizers, local communities, and other potential strategic partners; assist them with the onboarding onto the Badlion client, creation and integration of custom cosmetical elements, the establishment of new revenue streams, and marketing their activities both on and outside of the Badlion client;
• Initiate new relationships with creators; manage and strengthen existing relationships through tight and continuous communication to ensure we are in a position to support them responsively and effectively; assist them on a regular basis to enable their projects to reach their full potential;
• Search and identify successful or high-potential creators within the communities of the games that we support on our platform
• Create presentation and pitching materials to onboard creators
• Connect with key stakeholders of the gaming ecosystem to identify and pitch partnership integration opportunities;
• Track, manage, and report key performance metrics objectives and goals; metrics are important to understand internally, and with the partner, the success of the projects within the community;
• Develop together with the Partnerships Director the overall partnership's strategies and goals

Requirements

• Established relationships with Minecraft creators
• Good understanding of the Minecraft ecosystem
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• Experience with using the Microsoft/Google suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Ability to multitask and divide time among multiple projects
• Strong understanding and passion for Gen Z media platforms
