Job Description
For close to two decades, Health Link Home Health Agency has been committed to providing exceptional healthcare services to patients in the San Francisco Bay Area, all in the comfort of their homes. As we continue to expand our reach, we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Director to join our team and help promote our hospice services.
As the Hospice Marketing Director at Health Link Home Health Agency, your primary responsibility will be to lead the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies that promote our hospice services, increase awareness of our brand, and drive patient referrals. You will work collaboratively with the hospice leadership team to develop a comprehensive marketing plan that is aligned with the overall business goals and objectives of the organization. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a keen understanding of the hospice industry and regulatory requirements, as well as a solid understanding of marketing principles and practices. You will need to identify and analyze target markets to develop and implement innovative campaigns that effectively reach and engage potential patients and referral sources.
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing plan for Health Link's hospice services, in collaboration with the hospice leadership team.
- Conducting research and analysis to identify target markets, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, including healthcare providers, senior living communities, and other relevant organizations.
- Creating and managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital and print advertising, email marketing, and direct mail campaigns.
- Creating and managing content for Health Link's website and social media channels, including blog posts, videos, and other promotional materials.
- Collaborating with the hospice leadership team to develop educational and outreach programs for the community, including presentations and events.
- Representing Health Link at relevant community events, conferences, and meetings to build awareness and develop relationships.
- Managing the marketing budget, including tracking expenses and ensuring effective use of resources.
- Supervising and mentoring marketing team members, including staff and vendors, to ensure quality work and achievement of goals.
- Identify and target potential referral sources, including healthcare providers, senior living communities, and other relevant organizations.
- Perform Hospice consults with patients and families to learn their goals amp; preferences while simultaneously evaluating if they would be a good fit for our services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, with a focus on hospice or palliative care.
- Hospice Marketing Experience Required!
- Strong understanding of hospice industry, markets, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with referral sources and key stakeholders.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong project management skills.
