Job Description

Impec Group is aggressively recruiting for the role of Senior Analyst, Occupancy and Space Planning. As an experienced Senior Analyst for the Planning Team, you will manage the governance, updates, and audits of all Space Data used to manage our KPIs and future space needs. This role is vital to the success of the Facility Team to quickly understand our space constraints and proactively plan for future space needs and growth.

You will be responsible for all occupancy and planning metrics and data sources including Serraview, Smartsheets, Tableau, and other databases. You will work with the team to engage with cross-disciplinary staff to conceive, design, and develop data visualizations, audit cadences and processes to be used to drive operational efficiencies and drive accountability. You will be responsive, flexible, and able to succeed within an open, collaborative peer environment. This role is designated as an on-site position, located in Sunnyvale, California. There is no opportunity for remote or hybrid work dynamics.

Primary Functions of Position

In this role, you will:
  • Drive a program to review, measure, and trend analysis for data accuracy across platforms.
  • Root cause anomalies and implement controls to reduce errors.
  • Build project plans to support the Planning Team Goals to address data accuracy and metrics.
  • Provide clear communication to the team on project status, critical path, and any dependencies.
    • Drive change management in Space Operations as it pertains to data management.
    • Develop a space data roadmap and strategy to help improve key performance indicators and measure operational efficiency.
    • Use workplace design standards to analyze our facility portfolio and benchmark it to industry standards.
    • Build relationships across Intuitive to understand data best practices.
    • Maintain real-time and up-to-date space data and utilization.
    • Responsible for data analytics and coordination with finance teams to develop space utilization metrics.
    • Help develop occupancy scenario plans, analyze workplace data, and engage with internal customers to develop innovative solutions.
    • Build a tool to track and monitor third party execution of space planning tasks.
    • Execute specified segments of a project; understand objectives, identify resources, meet set timelines, communicate results, and present deliverables for the identified segment.
    • Determine objectives and risks of core and support processes that support our Planning strategy; Create a process map and identify critical success factors; use data/metrics to measure the risk within the process and the impact of controls on the process opportunities; evaluate the effectiveness of controls; identify sustainable solutions to fix breakdowns.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Tableau (Prep), Smartsheet, Snowflake, and SQL.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, operations, and facility management is preferred.
  • Prior work experience within engineering, accounting, business, auditing, or consulting firms.
  • Prior audit and/or process improvement experience is a plus.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Ability to communicate with executive management.
  • Demonstrated leadership attributes.
  • Demonstrated data analytics skills.

Annual Salary Range

  • The stated Salary range, based on candidate experience and competencies, for this role in Sunnyvale, CA is $79,500 to $110,227.
