LeanLaw’s mission is to help law firms become better businesses through cloud-based software and technology services. We are the financial operating system of the Law firm. LeanLaw, our timekeeping, invoicing, and reporting platform, is deeply integrated into QuickBooks Online. We make QBO work for small to mid-sized law firms! You

Skills

  • Detailed-oriented, with the ability to document and organize workflows. Strong attention to process and detail.

  • Solid analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must demonstrate strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Bookkeeping and accounting skills, with knowledge of QuickBooks Online, very helpful.
  • Technical, with a curiosity about new tools.
  • A knack for explaining things.
  • Value collaboration and work well in a team environment. Love technology and value constantly learning new workflows.
  • Experience using SaaS client success tools such as Intercom.

Your Experience

  • Technical product support experience working for software as a service company a plus.
  • Familiarity with professional service organizations and their unique invoicing requirements. Legal experience is a huge bonus!
  • Ideally, some bookkeeping and accounting, with a focus on QuickBooks Online.
  • Experience with Google Docs and Intercom a plus.
