Title: Lead Technical Recruiter
Duties: Responsible for full life cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing candidates and placing them at customers nationwide; perform searches for qualified candidates with relevant technical knowledge according to job criteria based on existing and future needs; initiate contact with target candidates and develop relationships; interview via phone and face-to-face applicants to determine technical fit for open positions; communicate with business development team manager to determine current and future recruiting needs; develop recruiting strategies and recruitment plans; educate potential applicants about the company’s vision, operations, facilities, benefits and career opportunities within the company; perform negotiations and complete recruitment process per the company’s recruitment policies; maintain all required documentation and databases for applicants; similar duties.
Requirements
Requirements: BS or foreign equivalent in Human Resources / Management / Marketing / Accounting / Related (will accept 3 years of education towards any BS and 1 year of additional experience in lieu of BS) and 5 years of relevant progressive experience in technical recruitment for IT service providers.

Full Time. Travel involved to client locations within the US.
