Position Title: Power Platform Developer, Sr.
Location: Camp Pendleton, CA
Remote: FULL REMOTE Opportunity
Salary: $110,000 - $115,000 USD
Position Type: Full-Time, Exempt
Security Clearance Requirement: Position requires active security clearance
Certification Requirements:
- CompTIA Security+
Years of Experience: 3 + years related experience
Roles and Responsibilities:
Power Developer will work collaboratively with established IM/KM team in support of the USMC’s MCTSSA Program. Power Apps/Platform developer will be responsible for creating technical designs and Power Apps. Configuring platform tools, Power Apps, and business process automation and integration.
Developer will require the ability to manage multiple priorities, daily tasks, and projects while working closely with other team members. It requires a person that can remain flexible and can effectively collaborate across cross-functional teams and global business units.
- Experience Developing, deploying, and supporting SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform and SPFx applications.
- Strong technical knowledge with Power Platform tools including Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, Power BI, DataVerse.
- Experience with enterprise level canvas applications utilizing Power Platform tools.
- Knowledge of Power Automate Technical REST amp; SOAP protocols

Education:
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field preferred, 4+ years of relevant work experience can be substituted for Degree
Desired Technical Skills:
- Personal Effectiveness/Credibility
- Strong technical knowledge with Power Platform tools such as Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, Power BI, DataVerse.
- Proven experience developing enterprise level applications utilizing Power Platform tools
- Strong experience with SharePoint administration, workflows, and development.
- Strong Microsoft Power Platform development experience
- Web development experience including, JavaScript, SQL ,XML, and CSS
- Design/implementation experience in the Microsoft Power Platform MS PowerApps, Power Automate, and PowerBI.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with several departments and prioritize tasks as needed
- Experience on teams with emphasis on development within Microsoft SharePoint environments
- Experience implementing and/or administrating IT service support management tools
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills with all levels of an organization
