Millennium is expanding our Talent Acquisition team to enhance the candidate experience, increase our recruiting team’s effectiveness and bring the right talent to a growing organization. Joining our team as the Talent Acquisition Manager will positively challenge you on executing the People Vision and supporting a culture of opportunity for our Millennium employees. You will bring your passion and expertise to create, implement and manage the candidate experience, employer branding, full lifecycle recruiting and contributing to Millennium’s growth.
You will jump into a strong recruiting process and help build the Talent Acquisition Strategy and programs to ensure that we have the right people in the right seats for every position. You will be involved in creating a strong employer brand to attract talent as well as coaching, mentoring and engaging a strong team to provide a consultative approach to talent acquisition across the organization. This position offers a great opportunity to lead a talented team in a highly collaborative environment and drive strategy and programming to support Millennium’s continued success !!
