Position Summary:

Lemon Perfect is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic customer experience champion to join our eCommerce team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all digital touchpoints in the customer experience journey. This role will lead eCommerce customer experience initiatives including customer communication, user interface updates, and marketing campaign analysis to help us continually meet the needs of our customers. The Digital Customer Experience Associate will work closely with the Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of professional experience, ideally eCommerce, Shopify-focused agency, or CPG.
  • A highly organized executer with an exceptional ability to prioritize, multitask, work autonomously, and communicate proactively across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented thinker who is comfortable with data analysis.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on self-starter who is willing to roll up his or her sleeves and be scrappy.
  • Highly organized, prepared, and persuasive; confident communicator across internal/external audiences at all levels.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills to thrive in a team environment.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or other related discipline; MBA a plus.

Responsibilities:

Customer Communication

  • Responsible for resolving digital customer experience support requests from the Lemon Perfect website, email, Amazon Seller Central, and other channels.
  • Respond to customer communications in a timely, professional, and solution-oriented manner.
  • Recognizes patterns, trends, themes, and connections in information to develop innovative ideas and solution.

Performance Analysis

  • Research, understand and build tools that help translate insights and analytics into actionable results.
  • Ensure there is on-going communication that seeks to educate the team on key business insights, digital campaign performance and effectiveness of enterprise efforts.
  • Perform ad hoc business reporting.

eCommerce Administration

  • Assist with editing, maintaining, and optimizing Shopify storefront and product portfolio.
  • Manage forecasting file for eCommerce business and identify areas of risk in meeting forecasts.
  • Maintain various reports and eCommerce files throughout the year.

Internal and External Partnership Management

  • Proactively build relationships with adjacent team members.
  • Build mutually beneficial relationships with agency partners in driving service excellence, controlling costs, and mitigating risks to create more value.
  • Expresses ideas and disagreements, constructively resolves conflict, and encourages others to do the same.
