As a Direct Sales Representative, you will be based in our CHARLOTTE office and will be required to travel daily. No prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive paid training to all our team members.

Paid Training:
Our paid training program is the best in the industry, lasting a full week. Over 80% of our team members bring in multiple clients on their first day. As a Direct Sales Representative, you will receive training in the following areas:
- Performing detailed roof assessments
- Identifying customer needs
- Effectively communicating technical issues to clients
- Ensuring an excellent client experience
- Coordinating seamless hand-offs to other departments
- Creating enthusiasm and excitement with our customers
Compensation:
Our compensation package includes a base pay, commission, weekly and monthly bonuses. In your first year, you can expect to earn between $30,000 and $60,000. According to real employee reviews on Glassdoor and Indeed, our average pay for this position is over $53,000 (over $27 per hour).
