We have full-time/part-time positions available, with regular business hours and occasional evening shifts to ensure comprehensive coverage.

Job Type:
Full-time position with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends to accommodate clients' needs.

Our substance abuse treatment center provides a safe and therapeutic environment for individuals seeking recovery. You will primarily work in our facility, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of professionals dedicated to addiction treatment.
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Deliver evidence-based therapy services to individuals, groups, and families, employing a range of therapeutic approaches to address diverse mental health concerns.
Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care for our clients.
Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress or emergency situations, utilizing your expertise and compassion.
Engage in community outreach and educational initiatives to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
Completed a master's degree or a doctor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, establishing rapport and building therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Exhibit cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively work with individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups.
Display strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
