Harmoniq Residential is seeking an enthusiastic, professional Leasing Agent to assist our company with marketing and leasing of our residential spaces. The Leasing Agent will oversee leasing activities, resident relations, orientation of new tenants, and assist with performing property management and clerical tasks. This individual also strives to make current residents feel welcome and comfortable at their community. You will work directly with the property manager, property owners and tenants, contributing to a positive atmosphere in the office and portray a positive image of the company in your activities.
To be successful you need to balance the needs of property owners with those of tenants, and achieve occupancy and rental goals. Top applicants are proficient multitaskers, organized, and have strong people skills.
