Campus Ink is seeking a talented and self-motivated Student Design amp; Sales Manager to join our dynamic and continuously growing team. As a Student Design amp; Sales Manager, you will be responsible for creating designs, managing product development, and overseeing the sales process. You will also be in charge of building and maintaining relationships with organizations and customers on and off your college campus. This is a unique opportunity to work with a rapidly expanding apparel company that specializes in providing high-quality merchandise to colleges and universities across the country.

• Collaborate with our team of student designers to create original and engaging designs that will appeal to our target market.
• Manage the product development process from start to finish, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that quality standards are upheld.
• Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to order fulfillment, and ensure that all customer needs are met.
• Maintain relationships with key clients and work to cultivate new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies that will drive sales and increase brand awareness.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends in the fashion industry and apply them to our designs and sales strategies.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program with a focus on design, marketing, or a related field.
• Interested in learning design or being a part of the design process
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work well on your own time.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for the fashion industry and a desire to stay up to date on the latest trends.
• A flexible and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work independently and in a team-based environment.
