We are looking for individuals who are available 30-40 hours per week.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Engage in lead generation and messaging strategies on our social media platforms during scheduled hours.
- Respond to customer support emails and text messages.
- Send onboarding documents to new customers and provide support to clients.
- Offer valuable feedback to continuously improve our processes and effectively implement new ideas under the guidance of our leadership.

Requirements
- High level of experience with Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Experience in customer service is a plus. General knowledge of fitness is also a bonus but not mandatory.
- Must be able to quickly grasp and adapt to a specific communication style.
- Must have flexible availability.
- Must have reliable internet as this position is fully remote/work from home.
