Job Description
- Primary responsibility for supporting the sales process and interacting with prospective customers through a variety of sales cycle activities, including: Request for Proposal processes, discovery sessions, executive overviews, scripted and non-scripted solution demonstrations, software labs, follow-up discussions and post-demonstration surveys
- Work with account executives on sales opportunities, including: defining the solution scope, designing the account strategy, jointly preparing for prospect interactions
- Understand customers’ business priorities - what are the motivations, what are their strategies, and what are the headwinds and tailwinds in achieving their goals, the technology landscape and landscape aspirations of the customer
- Creativity in approaching challenges and architecting solutions to develop presentation material and deliverables that reflects a deep understanding from an industry context point of view and a specific customers’ priorities and requirements, to position our value propositions highlighting benefits and differentiators
- Build level of expertise in Schoox technology products and cloud technologies and identify applicability and use cases, demonstrating an ability to match requirements with solutions
- Collaborate on Customer opportunities with sales, solution consulting, development, service delivery and Product Management teams
- Deliver quality presentations conveying solutions and value in multiple scenarios - 1:1 or 1:M settings, in person and remotely
- Represent Schoox at marketing events relevant to the industry
- Work within a team to collaborate and continuously improve through leading and participating in internal projects, enablement activities and other initiatives
- Be a self-starter and able to work independently but resourceful enough to seek out help when needed
- Be open to change and able to quickly adapt to changes in technology or directions
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in a Sales or Solution Consulting role
- Experience working for a major HR Tech vendor or services partner in an HR implementation/integration capability
- Experience with talking about (or having built) integration scripts to payroll systems and other HR systems
- Reasonable knowledge on how to navigate all layers of AI, and ability to share perspectives accordingly
- Understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Excellent professional writing, editing, communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct conversations with different types of stakeholders at all levels of organizational structure
- Ability to resolve complex technical problems during the sales cycle in close collaboration with field sales personnel
- Excellent PC skills
- CCISO or equivalent cybersecurity program certification
- Desire to continuously improve, curiosity to understand, learn more, and go beyond the current state of things
- The ability to develop and produce product focused video recordings specific to different roles within a client organization detailing the value of solutions
- Fluency and ability to communicate in English
